1. Product Type
WebToolsKit provides online calculators (SIP, EMI, PPF, Income Tax) for free. We also offer optional paid Pro PDF Reports which are digital files delivered instantly on our website after payment via our payment partner Razorpay.
2. Cancellation Policy
Because our product is delivered instantly, you cannot cancel an order after payment is successful. Please review the free result and blurred preview carefully before paying.
3. No Refund After Successful Download
If you have successfully paid and downloaded the PDF report, no refund will be provided as the digital product cannot be returned.
4. When Refund Will Be Given
We will issue a full refund (same amount you paid) only in these cases:
- ✅ Payment deducted but download failed / PDF is corrupted / blank.
- ✅ Double / duplicate payment for the same order.
- ✅ Amount deducted but Razorpay status shows "Failed".
5. Refund Request Process & Timeline
Time Limit: Within 7 days from the date of payment.

Details to send: Payment ID, Email ID used, Screenshot of deduction.
After verification with Razorpay, refund will be credited to the original source (same UPI ID / Card / NetBanking) within 5-7 working days. We do not refund to a different account.
6. Contact & Grievance
For any issues related to payment or reports, contact us first. We will try to resolve it by re-generating and sending you a new report for free.
